If you are under an obligation to share with us your payment information, it will be saved. (E.g. your account number, if you give us the authority to debit your bank account,) this information is required to process payments.

If you use your credit or debit card to donate through the Website, your card details are securely transferred to our payment processing partners, like Stripe, as part of the payment process. Payment transactions using common modes of paying (Visa/MasterCard/ debit to your bank account) are by default processed through an encrypted SSL connection, and the payment details are not stored on our Website or databases.

Encryption of connection ensures that third parties are unable to read the payment information shared on the website. An encrypted connection can be verified from the address line of the browser that switches from “http://” to “https://” and also by the appearance of the lock icon in the browser line.

We have made an agreement with Google to outsource our data processing and we strictly adhere to the requirements of the German data protection authorities when we use Google Analytics

The Website offers donors efficient and secure payment options and uses different payment service providers in addition to banks and credit institutions for this purpose.

The transmission of your data to the provider is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the fulfilment of a contract). However, the data entered is only processed by the payment service providers and stored with them. I.e. we do not receive any account information, but only information with confirmation or failure of the payment.

About us

Molham Volunteering Team is a nonprofit, charitable organization founded in 2012 in Jordan, by a group of then university students. It aims at providing aid to internally displaced and refugee Syrians in northern Syria and neighbouring countries. The organization is registered in several countries around the world, including: Germany, Canada and Sweden.
